Lead Pastors

A graduate of South Eastern University of the Assembly of God in Lakeland, Florida, Pastor Stocker has been the Lead Pastor at CBC for over 26 years and currently serves Peninsular Florida's Section 16 as Secretary. His biography places him in ministry in the state of Florida for a total of forty-six years, including the following positions, to name a few: Youth Pastor, Royal Ranger Commander, Lead Pastor, District C.E. Representative, etc.  He and his wife, Helen, have been married for forty years and have two children, both involved in ministry in the Assembly of God with their own families.

Associate Pastor 

Pastor Bill and his wife Cecelia have been members of CBC for over 45 years. When he retired as a local business man in 1999, he came on staff as our Associate Pastor in charge of Pastoral Care. He is also CBC's Young At Heart Ministry Leader and heads our Home-ministry Group. He also serves on the Peninsular Florida Senior's Ministry Board in Lakeland Florida. He and his wife Cecelia have been married for 53 years and have three children and two grandchildren.

Fine Arts Pastors

Pastor Rachel has been a member of CBC for sixteen years and CBC's Music and Fine Arts Pastor for over ten years. Starting as a volunteer upon her return from South Eastern University in Lakeland, Florida, she was brought on staff in 2000.  She is also our Drama Ministries Leader, Director and writer of the Miami Easter Pageant, and Media Director.  She and her husband, Warren, have two sons and one daughter:  Benjamin and Jason are both involved in ministry with them and their newest arrival, Sara Rose, was born in March 2010.
